FORMER LAST-MINUTE ATTENDANCE REGISTRATIONS (NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE)

Within the congress, it was possible to undertake a registration without communication (no lunch included). This type of registration was intended for participants who would only attend and be observers in the congress, and therefore not present communications, posters or papers. The payment could have been undertaken by bank transfer or paid on site at the event.

FORMER REGISTRATION OPTIONS (NOT AVAILABLE ANYMORE)

Registration with communication or poster should have been undertaken until the 30th of November 2018.

Registration with communication was for participants who will take part in the thematic sessions and are required to submit a paper

(in short or long version). This type of registration - and the publication - requires presence in the congress.

In case the participant does not attend the congress, the paper will not be published in the proceedings of the congress.

Registration with poster requires the submission of a poster and a paper (in short or long version). Exceptionally and due to requests decuring from traveling constraints, participants with posters may fail to attend the congress and still have their papers published.

Registration without communication with included lunch is now no longer available.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

You will be required to undertake the fee payment through bank transfer. The bank information is detailed in the registration form.

IMPORTANT: After payment is made, please email the bank slip to cpl.congress@gmail.com.

The bank slip must clearly state the name of the participant (it might be handwritten), as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.

The registration will be considered complete after confirmation of payment.

DEVOLUTIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

Fee devolutions due to participation withdrawal will only be possible if requested before the 31st of December 2018.

Reimbursement of excessive payments will be processed in permanence.
